Narrowing your focus

Filters let you view just a subset of the events that have been shared with you: though not everyone who shares a view chooses to include filters.

If the person who shared their schedule with you included filters, you'll see them in the Filters tab of DayBack's left hand sidebar. Filters can narrow the schedule by status--usually the color coding in the schedule is by status--or by resource.

Resources are things that can get over scheduled, like people, rooms, trucks, or pieces of equipment. In the screenshot below, resources are conference rooms: they show up as possible filters in the left-hand sidebar and as columns on the Resource View.
